Tumblarity
I’ve come to suspect that the new Tumblarity “feature” actually gathers data from a rolling 7-10 day time window, making sure that your Tumblarity is a more accurate account of how popular you currently are, rather than the entire span of your Tumblr account.
It’s my best guess that, assuming I’m correct, this is a feature to reduce strain on the server, trying to gather and assess a user’s entire blog history, as well as a great way to make sure that popular bloggers aren’t popular after they stop blogging.
Well done, Tumblr.
Assuming my assumptions are correct, of course.
Alright. Back to work on Ossia.fm, now.
