Goodbye, John.

Sherlock and Luther both use negative space so well.
Seriously, cinematographer, Fabian Wanger has done such a wonderful job on my all-time favorite iteration of one of my favorite fictional characters. Took the time to dig up his name and IMDB profile to see that he’s only been active since 2003 and he hasn’t worked on a single thing I’ve seen before.
Part of me was hoping he worked on Luther, as well.

About

Avatar My name is Alex. I work at Tumblr. I moonlight as a mobile application and web developer, videographer, and occasionally pretend to be a photographer.

I like things to look they were intended to look that way: cinematography, UI/UX, and typography.

Guhh. Thank you! I’m only blushing a little bit.
