Goodbye, John. Sherlock and Luther both use negative space so well. Seriously, cinematographer, Fabian Wanger has done such a wonderful job on my all-time favorite iteration of one of my favorite fictional characters. Took the time to dig up his name and IMDB profile to see that he’s only been active since 2003 and he hasn’t worked on a single thing I’ve seen before. Part of me was hoping he worked on Luther, as well.
