“Kids (MGMT Cover)” - The Text Overlays (Lauren Zettler & Allison Weiss)
Here’s what me and Lauren did in the “studio” today at the Experience Music Project in Seattle. Unfortunately it was a live tracked thing and we had no control over any of the levels and as a result Lauren’s acoustic is pretty damn loud and our vox are too quiet. We did discover that we both know this song and can play it pretty well together. So expect a real deal cover in the future. Yeah!
ALAS! i have found what i was originally looking for. this cover is phenomenally awesome-tastic to the max so i just had to re-reblog it for anyone who may have missed it the first time.
