Conan O’Brian
Sure, it sucks that he’s not going to be doing the Tonight Show anymore and it sucks that someone at NBC thinks Leno is so funny, but lets face it.
With the exception of a few insomniacs, who really watches late night, still? I’ve seen a handful of Conan shows and frankly, I think it’s a shame that he’s stuck in an hour of television where no one will really enjoy him.
I think with the buzz from this NBC/Conan/Leno nonsense, the money NBC is giving him to leave, and the talent of O’Brian and his loyal crew, he could easily move into something new and be better for it.
Maybe this is a sign that we shouldn’t be staying up so late watching television on weeknights, anymore?
