Super DVD Robot! (or SDR!) is a growing and evolving web service for movie collectors. The site allows you to list your movie collection for bragging rights and some social features.
History
Super DVD Robot! started as a hobby project to have something on my resume that was representative of my skills as a web developer and designer, since the work I was doing at my day job was under NDA and didn’t feature much of my work.
After the site was launched, the user base began to grow outside of my circle of friends and eventually earned me a trip to SXSW to demo the product in Mashery’s Circus Mashimus Lounge.
Future
The site continues to grow as I add new features and upgrade the core system to make things faster and smoother.
