I’ve been up all night, mastering Tumblr theming. I’ve been doing so by working on a nice Tumblr theme for Heather. What I was going for here was something super minimalist, slightly colorful, and something that looked like a theme Heather would pick out, herself. Lots of floral swirls going and the static background and menu are nice touches (I think). I’ll probably use similar tricks for the upcoming Deville site. UPDATE: Yes, I plan on spreading the imagry out, moving the Heather image out a little more and putting more space between the menu dividers and the content areas. I also plan to move the whole thing to the left a bit. It feels off-center to me. What do you think?
