A convenience charge? September 11th Security Fee? Shipping and handling? What’s a “Stadium Surcharge” and “Customer Facility Charge”?? Why does it seem like Enterprise is trying ot offload 100%+ of their own overhead costs to you? One would think a more effective way to keep business thriving is to provide unmatched quality of service and simply charge a little more for the initial rental fee, reducing the bill from 7 line items to 2ish.
